Research on overcoming structural barriers for career development finalised

Between 2012 and 2015 IFIHP has collaborated with the Autonomous University of Barcelona, DEP Institut and Educaweb in an I+D research financed by Recercaixa. Success of new career development programme: 93% of learners continue their studies or promote

Carme Martínez-Roca has coordinated a new career development programme in collaboration with local authorities from Barcelona (Spain). Training for ABET teachers on career development strategies

During february and march we have been involved in training 26 teachers from different AET centres on career development strategies. We have addressed both individual and group strategies addressed to adults or to youth that previously dropped out of school. Teachers were highly satisfied with the course, rating it with an 80% satisfaction score.
