The composition of our team is:

Board of Directors

The primary task of the board is the strategic management of the organization. Four board meetings a year ensure IFIHP strategic direction, budgeting, planning, evaluation of operations and risk management.

Executive Directors

Executive Directors are in charge of managing IFIHP’s divisions: Education and Training, Development Consultancy, Research and Development and Advocacy.

Interdisciplinary Advisory Board

The task of the advisory board is to provide specialised interdisciplinary content expertise to the programs developed by IFIHP .

Academic and Practitioners Staffing

IFIHP uses on an as required basis the services of academics, consultants and practitioners for the implementation of its programs.

Quality Management Committee

The Quality Management Committee (QMC) is composed by members of Education and Training, Development Consultancy, Research and Development and Advocacy divisions. The QMC is responsible for: Formulation and Review of the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives; Monitoring the implementation of policies and evaluating the impact thereof; Ensure that legislation requirements and standards are adhered to; Ensure the implementation of sound human resource practices in the organization; Benchmarking.
